LYNNWOOD — Authorities were searching for a suspect Tuesday morning after a man was shot in the leg in a drive-by shooting north of Lynnwood, police said.
Around 8 a.m., a 911 caller reported a man down in the 3800 block of 156th Street SW, with gunfire heard in the background of the call, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. When deputies arrived, they found a man, 41, with a gunshot wound to his lower leg.
The man’s injuries were not life threatening, according to the sheriff’s office.
As of 10:20 a.m., the sheriff’s office had no known suspects or information about their car. Deputies reportedly found a nearby car and apartment with bullet holes.
