LYNNWOOD — Police say a man took his own life at pawn shop near here Tuesday evening.
A man reportedly walked into Pawn Fathers in the 16400 block of Highway 99 in unincorporated Snohomish County about 6:30 p.m., asked to look at a shotgun and shot himself, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said. The shop employee called 911. The man was dead when help arrived.
It was not immediately known whether the man brought his own ammunition or was handed a loaded gun.
