MARYSVILLE — The Marysville School District’s Board of Directors will not vote on a school closure option Monday, a district spokesperson confirmed Friday.
The board had previously said Monday was a tentative date for a special meeting to make a decision on which schools the district should close starting in the 2025-2026 school year to help balance next year’s budget.
The board can still schedule another special meeting to take action, spokesperson Jodi Runyon said in an email Friday. The next regularly scheduled board meeting is scheduled for Jan. 6.
