SEATTLE — The Washington State Patrol says a motorcycle rider lost control Monday night and crashed on an I-5 ramp in Seattle at Mercer Street.
The driver was killed. A 24-year-old woman passenger was taken to Harborview Medical Center.
The ramp to southbound I-5 reopened about 3 a.m. Tuesday.
