SEATTLE — The houseboat from the movie, “Sleepless in Seattle,” is for sale.
The 2,075-square-foot-houseboat on Lake Union that in the 1993 film featuring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan is selling for $2.5 million.
Realtor Coldwell Banker Bain put the wooden two-story houseboat on the market last week.
Agent Rick Miner says the owners, a husband and wife, bought it 14 years ago and love it, but they want to move to the East Coast to be near their grandchildren.
The houseboat was built in 1978 and features four bedrooms, nearly two full bathrooms, large windows and views of downtown Seattle.
