Update, 12:20 p.m.: “The lockdown at Snohomish High School has been lifted,” the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said on Facebook. “There was no weapon found on campus. During the investigation, deputies discovered there were students discussing an online social media post regarding a possible school threat today. Out of an abundance of caution, the school was placed in lockdown while deputies investigated. It was discovered this is the same online post that has impacted other high schools in the area and was generated from outside of our state.”
