Gas prices are low — but who has the lowest price at the pump?
Costco is your best bet, according to GasBuddy, which tracks gas prices and offers an app to help folks find the cheapest, nearest station.
For the forth year in a row, the wholesale club came in at the top of the company’s annual review as providing the most value. On any given day in 2015, the average Costco nationally was priced 19.8 cents per gallon lower than its competitors. It was also No. 1 in 12 different states, including Washington, where Costco stations were 26.8 cents per gallon lower than competitors.
Only warehouse members can buy gas at Costco stations.
For Washington, Fred Meyer gas stations come in at No. 2 for value.
