MARYSVILLE — A motorcyclist is dead after a collision with another vehicle on Friday night in Marysville.
Shortly after 10 p.m. on Friday, Marysville police and firefighters responded to a crash involving a motorcyclist at the intersection of 100th Street NE and State Ave.
Marysville firefighters attempted lifesaving measures, but the 28-year old man was pronounced dead, a press release said. The motorcyclist was driving northbound on State Avenue on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he approached the intersection. The collision occurred as another vehicle was turning left, police said.
The intersection was shut down for four hours. Marysville detectives are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call the agency’s nonemergency number, 360-363-8300.
