EDMONDS — A toddler and another pedestrian were taken to hospitals after being hit by a car Friday afternoon in Edmonds.
First responders were called to the intersection of 220th Street SW and 88th Avenue W shortly after 3 p.m. One of the injured pedestrians, reported to be age 3, was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, said Shawneri Guzman, community outreach manager for South County Fire.
The other injured person was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
As of Friday evening, no update was available on the medical conditions of the pedestrians or the cause of the crash.
