Tuesday’s Opinion page had a letter full of outrage over President Obama bowing to King Abdulla of Saudi Arabia. (“Presidents should always stand tall”). The writer demands Obama’s ouster as president!
Where was her outrage when Bush bowed to King Abdulla? When he kissed Abdulla and held hands while walking with Abdulla?
Did she write The Herald in righteous anger demanding Bush step down? A safe bet is she did not.
Is she just as outraged to learn we have tortured people? Have you raged against this dark stain on America’s “greatness”? Probably not.
