I can’t believe my ears! Save the fireworks? While there are homeless walking the streets, children who do not know which garbage can their next meal is coming from! (Friday article, “Donors save Seattle’s Fourth of July fireworks”).
Thousands of unemployed people who are one unemployment check away from losing their homes, and they want to save the fireworks? How about companies pledging money for the homeless?
