Judge Downes worthy of position

Early in 1973 I began employment as Administrator, Superior Court, Snohomish County. At about the same time, a young man, full of promise, joined the prosecuting attorney’s staff.

I watched that young man develop into a competent, hard-working, conscientious prosecutor, one who could always be relied upon to be on time with his work properly and fully prepared, always diligent and thorough in his presentations.

Snohomish County Superior Court and this county’s citizens are fortunate indeed to have Michael Downes join the ranks of that court. He is worthy of that appointment.

Good luck, Judge Downes.
