Let’s give Obama more of a chance

In regard to Obama’s presidency, I believe that we have an opportunity that only comes along once in a while, if you get lucky.

We have a president who was elected by popular vote; he undeniably won a majority. With circumstances the way they were, his voters were not all influenced by big money, which is the big manipulator of what people read, see on TV and hear on radio.

When big money gets that much propaganda power, they have the ability to sell ice to an Eskimo. Big business is causing strained relations with other countries and the rich get richer and the poor become one big messed up people who watch banks collapse while the guys at the top make millions.

Obama cares for regular people and wants to rebuild the middle class. Rebuilding takes good relations with other countries and patience from people who have been the victims of corruption and greed.

We were dealt a good hand when we got Obama and we need to play our cards right. God bless.
