Within the past several months it has been necessary to seek care at our local Providence Regional Medical Center: from the ER Department, for a same-day surgical-type procedure, and as an inpatient. I would like to commend all of the caretaking staff, medical providers and administrative and housekeeping personnel who worked so diligently to meet my individual needs while at the same time attending to the care of many others. You have my utmost gratitude.
And I say this from experience as a now-retired caregiver who knows quality when provided so kindly.
