Save funding for health care for low-income families

The fact that the Washington state legislature and Congress are considering cuts to Medicaid, hospitals and health care to the poor, and most vulnerable members of our population is monstrous and unthinkable.

How can crucial life saving care be denied to human beings? What country is this?
