Sierra Magazine’s current issue ranks the top 100 “green” colleges in the U.S. for its 17th year. The West Coast looks good except for Washington: No. 1 is the University of California, Irvine, and No. 6 is Stanford. Oregon’s Lewis and Clark College is No. 5. Not until you get to No. 34 do we find the University of Washington and Evergreen at No. 56 do you find our state represented.
