Darrington 48, Charles Wright Academy 42

DARRINGTON — Quarterback Hunter Anderson completed 10 of 17 passes for 407 yards and five touchdowns, rushing for a 40-yard touchdown of his own as the Loggers outlasted the Tarriers in a Northwest 2B/1B game.

Tight end McKinlee Green had 164 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and running back Copper Green tallied 149 receiving yards and two touchdowns for Darrington (2-1 overall, 2-0 league). The Loggers’ defense halted Charles Wright Academy (1-1, 1-1) on their own five yard line with less than a minute remaining to secure the victory.

Wesco 4A

Arlington 49, Jackson 21

EVERETT — Arlington (3-0 overall, 1-0 league) quarterback Leyton Martin completed 12 of 17 passes and throwing for 275 yards and tallying one rushing and two passing touchdowns. Wide receiver Chase Deberry charted four catches for 122 yards, including an 87-yard touchdown during one of Arlington’s five straight possessions leading up to the 42-7 halftime lead. Wide receiver Kaid Hunter had two catches for 62 yards and was one of eight players to record receptions.

Jackson (2-1, 0-1) quarterback Colby Bossert completed 22-of-38 passes for 250 yards and had one passing touchdown. Wide receiver Cole Truant had 15 rushing yards and one touchdown, and tight end Haseeb Rassulli had nine receiving yards and one touchdown.

MARYSVILLE — The Golden Eagles controlled the game from start to finish, handing the Chargers their first loss of the season.

Marysville Getchell (2-1, 1-1) quarterback Arion Palacol threw a 50-yard touchdown to Connor Abila, and fullback Samuel Gooch had a five-yard rushing touchdown.

Ferndale (1-2 overall, 1-1 league) quarterback Parker McManus threw two touchdowns, totaling 77 yards, and running back Talan Bungard tallied three touchdowns for 202 yards.

MONROE — The Bearcats led the Stormrays 42-0 at halftime and tallied 407 rushing yards. Wide receiver Aaron Clifton rushed for 164 yards — including a 91-yarder — and three TDs on five carries, and Brendon Kingsley contributed 129 yards and two scores on eight rushes for Monroe (3-0 overall, 2-0 league). Wide receiver Mason Davis added two catches for 61 yards. Shorewood dropped to 2-1, 1-1.

SULTAN — Quarterback Braydon Davis helped lead the Turks to a non-conference win.

He completed six of eight passes and tallied 170 passing yards, one rushing and three passing touchdowns. He also ran in a two-point conversion and charted an interception on defense. Wide receiver Junior Vargas had six receptions for 170 yards, his longest being 50.

Sultan improved to 1-2 overall.
