LAKE STEVENS — Sisters Keira Tupua and Noelani Tupua each scored a goal as Lake Stevens locked down a state berth. The Vikings (14-0-2) will host Skyline at 7 p.m. Wednesday in a District 1-2 semifinal.

VOLLEYBALL

District 1 1B Tournament

BELLINGHAM — Darrington won the district tournament on Saturday, sweeping Shoreline Christian 3-0 and edging Fellowship Christian 3-2. The Loggers (15-4 overall) beat Shoreline Christian in a semifinal by scores of 25-8, 25-10 and 25-7. FC put up a bigger fight in the title game, as Darrington won a close Game 5. The set scores were 19-25, 25-20, 23-25, 25-23 and 15-12.

In the championship match, Claire Wright posted 20 kills, 25 digs and three blocks. Sophie Ross added 14 kills, four aces and nine digs. Lucy Stewart tallied five kills and 11 blocks to go along with Avery Brown’s 20 digs. Next up for the Loggers is the District 1/2/3 tournament, which begins Tuesday.

District 2 Tournament

Archbishop Murphy 3, Marysville Pilchuck

EVERETT — The top-seeded Wildcats (15-1) moved past Marysville Pilchuck (6-10) by scores of 25-10, 25-21 and 25-11 to secure a spot in Monday’s semifinal, 7 p.m. at Meridian H.S. Against the Tommies, Archbishop Murphy was led by Amelia Harris (12 digs), Laura Esping (seven kills, 17 assists, nine digs), Teuila Halalilo (eight kills, 10 assists, two blocks) and Tatum Gill (seven kills, five aces).
