Morgan Pease, outside hitter, Oak Harbor volleyball

Pease, a sophomore, pounded out 25 kills to help the Wildcats fend off Meadowdale 3-2 in a wild five-setter in the first match of the season for both teams.

Sydney Norton, setter, Marysville Getchell volleyball

Norton, a senior, dished out 32 assists in the Chargers’ 3-2 victory over Mountlake Terrace in a Wesco 3A match.

Michaela Danyo, midfielder/forward, Edmonds-Woodway girls soccer

Danyo, a senior, scored two goals from distance in the first half to lead the Warriors to a 3-1 win over Snohomish in an early-season battle of Wesco 3A contenders.
