Specialist added to orthopedic clinic staff
MEND Prompt Injury Care Clinic in North Seattle has recently named Dr. Charles A. Roberson to its staff. As an orthopedic surgeon, Roberson specializes in the care and treatment of injuries to upper and lower extremities, such as shoulders, elbows, ankles and feet.
Roberson received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse, NY. After completing his surgical training, Roberson completed two sports-medicine fellowships emphasizing shoulder, elbow and lower extremity injuries, one at the University of Washington and the other at Cincinnati SportsMedicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Aegis opens facility in Edmonds
AegisLiving has opened the doors to a new assisted living and memory care facility in Edmonds.
AegisLiving is a national company offering retirement, assisted living and memory care facilities. Aegis of Edmonds is the company’s 11th community in the Puget Sound region.
Aegis of Edmonds is located close to downtown Edmonds and Stevens Hospital at 21500 72nd Ave. W. In June 2006, AegisLiving bought the Edmonds property from the Kavatek International Corp. The site was formerly home to Edmonds Retirement Inn. In 2007 AegisLiving began a $4 million remodel of the facility. It has 45 assisted living apartments and 21 apartments for those with memory care issues.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Redmond, privately held ÁegisLiving operates 32 communities in Washington, California and Nevada.
