Edmonds’ dog park got a new bulletin board, thanks to the Lynnwood Pack 363 Webelos. Off-Leash Area Edmonds board member Shay Hastler, with Lynnwood Pack 363, met with Parks and Recreation officials to plan this service project. The boys, ages 9-11, each picked out their favorite dog and wood-burned the image on to the frame. The bulletin board will be installed from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 27.
