Its the best of both worlds at the Drift on Inn Roadhouse Casino and Club Hollywood in Shoreline. Drift on Inn Roadhouse is a landmark destination that has been serving up gaming food and fun for three quarters of a century. Drift on Inns history includes being a stop of the stars. Notable visitors, such as Bob Hope and President Harry Truman, enjoyed the hospitality of the Drift on Inn.
The food is just as good today as it was then. Debbys Roadside Caf serves up generous portions of comfort food 24 hours a day. Across the parking lot is the glitzy Club Hollywood with its dazzling interior and cutting edge Pan-Asian cuisine. Both locations offer great gaming opportunities and entertainment. Theres a no-limit Texas Holdem tournament every night at Club Hollywood at 7 p.m., said owner Mark Mitchell.
Cost is $35. Club Hollywood also offers a free Blackjack tournament with a $1,000 guarantee Sunday through Thursday. The Drift on Inn features daily Texas Hold Em tournaments at 11:30 a.m. Were also the only place in King County with horse racing year-round. Mitchell said. Drift on Inn turf fans can place their bets and follow the races on big screen TVs.
All of the major tracks in the nation are featured. The Mitchell family provides more than just gaming, of course. Club Hollywood has live music and dancing Wednesday though Saturday and Karaoke on Sundays. Drift on Inn features dancing to music from the 60s 70s and 80s. And dont miss the museum at Club Hollywood. The museum features the worlds largest movie star autograph collection.
Stars from every era are represented. Rare movie posters, photos and memorabilia are on display. I never get tired of looking at them, Mitchell said. Ill start looking at something and suddenly an hours gone by. Most visitors are especially fascinated by Marilyn Monroes limousine, which is parked in the Club Hollywood entryway.
