Learn about SCC Co-op Preschools

The public is invited to open houses hosted by three preschools affiliated with Shoreline Community College from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Feb. 28. Parents can meet staff, ask questions and tour the facilities at the Shoreline Cooperative Preschool, Shorenorth Preschool, and the North City Preschool located at the North City Education Center at 816 NE 190th St. in Shoreline.

The preschools offer parent education sessions as well as play-based educational programs for preschoolers.

Parents pay a monthly tuition to their child’s cooperative preschool. In addition, parents pay a minimal tuition to the college. As parent education program students at Shoreline Community College, they earn college credits each quarter.

Enrollment for fall quarter 2009 begins Feb. 28, the day of the event.
