The following are selected reports from Mill Creek Police.

July 1

Accident. 900 block of 164th St. SE. Shortly after 6 p.m., police responded to an accident involving a vehicle that failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle.

July 2

Accident. 13800 block of Hwy. 527. Police responded to a three-car accident at approximately 3:15 p.m.

July 3

Shoplifting. 900 block of 164th St SE. An Everett woman was caught shoplifting items commonly used to make methamphetamine. She was caught with 42 packages of ephedrine, dry ice and lighter fluid worth an estimated $347.

July 4

Motorcycle theft. 1200 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A local man reported his motorcycle stolen.

Harassment. 146th St. A local man reported being threatened with physical harm for reporting a crime. The suspects are two men in their 40s, one a Mill Creek resident and the other from Everett.

July 5

Assault. 1100 block of Mill Creek Blvd. Police were called to a violent disturbance at a residence. A man forced his way past the woman who lived in the residence, resulting in minor injuries. The victim did not immediately want to press charges against the 32-year-old man.

Accident. Hwy. 527 and 164th St. SE. Shortly after 11:15 a.m. a vehicle driven by a Mill Creek man grazed the vehicle of another local man as the victim’s car was turning right.

July 6

Theft from auto. 1300 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A woman reported theft of stereo equipment and 35 compact discs from her vehicle. Loss was estimated at $900.

July 7

Warrant arrest. 15600 block of Hwy. 527. Shortly after 7:30 a.m., police stopped a man and cited him for driving with a suspended license. He also had a warrant for driving with a suspended license. The vehicle was impounded.

Warrant arrest. 1200 block of 164th St. SE. Shortly before midnight, police responded to a nuisance complaint at an apartment complex. Officers talked with a 25-year-old man. A computer check showed he had a felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants.

Theft. 13300 block of Hwy. 527. A man was arrested for trying to shoplift beef jerky from a grocery store.

Vandalism. 1300 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A woman reported that her vehicle’s back window was blown out with an explosive.

Domestic violence calls: Mill Creek Police received no domestic violence calls between July 1 to July 7.
